  • Represented a national insurance company in a matter involving substantial fire damage to an insured's upscale summer home that was allegedly caused by a defectively designed golf cart parked in the home's garage; and
  • Represented a national insurance company in a matter involving the sudden explosion of a magnetic resonance imaging machine that was allegedly caused by the machine's defectively designed emergency relief valve.
