  • negotiation and drafting of land bank agreements and assistance with the conveyance of real property to the land bank authority;
  • negotiation and drafting of real estate purchase and sale agreements involving improved and unimproved real estate, on behalf of purchasers and sellers;
  • negotiation and drafting of real estate purchase and sale agreements for the acquisition and sale of retail, multi-family, office, industrial and hospitality properties;
  • negotiation and drafting of documentation relating to real estate secured loan transactions, including loan workouts and restructuring, involving real estate collateral located within or outside of Georgia (lender and borrower representation);
  • negotiation of Neighborhood Stabilization Program award contracts on behalf of award recipients;
  • negotiation and drafting of easements, license agreements, boundary agreements, restrictive covenants, estoppel certificates, landlord waivers and subordination nondisturbance and attornment agreements; and
  • manage and conduct due diligence including survey and title review.
